  • Prepare initial estimate based on design
  • Review drawings and estimate

Phase 4– Construction Drawing Session

  • Prepare set of buildable drawings
  • Prepare revised estimate
  • Present drawings
  • Get final bids from subcontractors
  • Prepare contract
 

Phase 5 – Financing Session

  • Proceed with financing as needed 
  • Sign Contract:  10% down payment due

Phase 6 – Pre-Construction Preparation
